Primary and Trans you don't have to worry about that. Make sure your bike is warm before you change fluids. If you remove the outer cover for some reason, you might then use a full quart. I don't even look at the level in the primary. Some prefer Dino oil because it is cheaper and gives adequate protection for the motor. Some use the same product for all three holes.
