76. Dünya Döküm Kongresi (WFC 2026), 18–24 Ekim 2026 tarihleri arasında İstanbul’da, TÜDÖKSAD ev sahipliğinde ve WFO çatısı altında, Hilton İstanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center’da sektöre yön verecek önemli bir buluşmaya sahne olacaktır.
“Yeni Yüzyıla Parlak Bir Başlangıç: Yeni Ekosistemi Şekillendirmek” temasıyla gerçekleştirilecek olan WFC 2026; sanayi, akademi ve araştırma dünyasından küresel liderleri bir araya getirerek döküm sektörünün geleceğini şekillendiren en son gelişmelerin ele alınacağı uluslararası bir buluşma olacaktır.
Kongre programı kapsamında;

Kongre, akıllı dökümhaneler, dijital dönüşüm ve malzeme inovasyonlarının küresel döküm sektöründe verimlilik ve rekabet gücünü nasıl yeniden tanımladığını ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir.
Bildiri Gönderimi ve Kayıt Süreci Başladı
WFC 2026 için bildiri gönderimleri (“Call for Papers”) resmi web sitesi www.76wfc.com üzerinden başvurulara açılmıştır. Yazarların, bildiri yükleme işlemi öncesinde web sitesi üzerinden hesap oluşturmaları gerekmektedir.
Katılımcı kayıtları ve ödemeler ise 1 Ocak 2026 itibarıyla başlayacak olup, yine web sitesinde yer alan “Register” bölümünden gerçekleştirilecektir.
İki Büyük Yıldönümü Aynı Haftada Kutlanacak
WFC 2026, aynı zamanda iki önemli yıldönümüne de ev sahipliği yapacaktır:
- Dünya Döküm Organizasyonu’nun (WFO) 100. Yılı,
- TÜDÖKSAD’ın 50. Yılı.
Bu anlamlı yıldönümleri, kongre haftası boyunca gerçekleştirilecek Kongre Galası ve özel etkinliklerle uluslararası döküm camiası ile birlikte kutlanacaktır.
ANKİROS Fuarı ve Kültürel Programlar
Kongre kapsamında katılımcılar ayrıca, bölgenin en büyük metalurji organizasyonlarından biri olan 17. ANKİROS Uluslararası Demir-Çelik, Döküm, Demir Dışı Metalurji Teknolojileri, Makine ve Ürünleri Fuarı’nı da ziyaret etme fırsatı bulacaktır.
Buna ek olarak, sosyal etkinlik programları ve kongre sonrası kültürel geziler ile misafirler İstanbul’un zengin tarihi ve kültürel mirasını yakından tanıyabilecektir.

A BrIght New Century BegIns: WFC 2026 In Istanbul
The 76th World Foundry Congress (WFC 2026) will take place in Istanbul, Türkiye, from October 18 to 24, 2026, organized by the Turkish Foundry Association (TÜDÖKSAD) under the umbrella of the World Foundry Organization (WFO). The event will be held at the prestigious Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center.
With the theme “A Bright New Century: Shaping the New Ecosystem”, the congress will bring together global leaders from industry, academia, and research institutions to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest advancements shaping the foundry sector. The congress program includes a rich variety of technical sessions, plenary and poster presentations, industrial visits, and networking events, offering participants a comprehensive platform for collaboration and innovation.
The technical program will feature sessions on key topics such as advancements in cast iron and steel technologies, non-ferrous materials and processes, die casting, precision casting, digitalization, artificial intelligence, machine learning, additive manufacturing, and sustainability-focused practices including CBAM and circular economy strategies. The congress aims to highlight how smart foundries, digital transformation, and material innovations are redefining productivity and competitiveness in the global casting industry.
Paper submissions for WFC 2026 are now open via the “Call for Papers” page on the official congress website www.76wfc.com. Authors are required to create an account on the site before uploading their papers. Delegate registration and payments will open on January 1, 2026, and can be completed through the “Register” section of the website.
In addition to the scientific and technical program, WFC 2026 will celebrate two major milestones: the 100th Anniversary of the World Foundry Organization and the 50th Anniversary of TÜDÖKSAD. These celebrations will take place throughout the week with the Congress Banquet and a series of special events honoring the heritage and achievements of the global foundry community.
Participants will also have the opportunity to visit the ANKIROS 17th International Iron-Steel, Foundry, Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Technologies, Machinery and Products Trade Fair, one of the largest and most comprehensive metallurgy events in the region.
